Eligibility and Registration
Eligibility
Volunteers must be 18 years or older by July 31, 2025 for daytime shifts, and 21+ for evening social events. From pre-event logistics to behind-the-scenes support during the Games, there are opportunities for everyone—sports experience is not required. Volunteers of all faiths are welcome. You do not need to be a JCC member to participate.
Time Commitment & Flexibility
We understand that everyone’s schedule is different, and we welcome volunteers with limited availability—even if you only have a few hours to give. If your child is competing, we recommend choosing shifts that don’t overlap with their events so you can be there to support them. Not available during Game Week? No problem—there are plenty of ways to get involved in the weeks leading up to the Games.

Volunteers Positions
Be at the heart of the Maccabi experience and make a lasting impact.
Access
Assist with Access in various capacities.
Medical
Assist with medical needs throughout the games.
Safety/Security
Ensure every person entering the venue has appropriate credentials.
Evening Events
Assist in set-up, clean-up, and supervision of activities.
Transportation
Help coordinate athletes and buses at various locations.
AIrport
Greet and direct delegations upon arrival and assist with departure.
Athletics
Assist with scorekeeping, timekeeping and other tasks.
Hospitality
Staff table at various venues to answer questions and assist gusts.
Jcc Cares
Assist with activities and supervise at spaces and events as needed.
Food Services
Assist with activities and supervise at spaces and events as needed.
Maccabi Central
Assist with activities and supervise at spaces and events as needed.
